
Easy Taco Night for the Family

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1 pound ground beef
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 can of diced tomatoes

*can substitute chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, ground black pepper and crushed red pepper for a taco seasoning packet to save even more time!

Toppings + Tortillas:
Brooke Farms Sour Cream
Diced Tomatos
Green lettuce, shredded
Hard or soft shell tortillas
Shredded cheese

Instructions:
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and onions. Cook until onions begin to soften and brown, then add the ground beef. Cook the beef until it's completely browned and then drain the fat. Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper and crushed red pepper or seasoning mix and stir until combined. Add 1/2 cup hot water and the diced tomatoes and stir. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add beef and toppings of your choice (don't forget the sour cream) to a tortilla or taco shell and enjoy!
